Data we collect

We collect the data you provide in the contact and proposal request forms: name, email, phone, company, vessel data, port, ETA and message. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and language, for security and fraud mitigation purposes.

Processing purposes

We use your data to respond to requests sent through the forms, prepare commercial proposals, send operational communications about contracted services, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to maritime and port activity. Without your express consent, we do not use the data for marketing or advertising profiling.

Data sharing

We do not sell or transfer your data. We share information only with essential service providers (cloud hosting, transactional email provider Resend, anti-bot Cloudflare Turnstile), all subject to confidentiality obligations. We may share data with authorities when required by law or court order.

We use strictly necessary cookies for site operation, admin panel authentication and preference storage (such as selected language). We do not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising tracking tools.

We keep form data while the commercial relationship is active and for up to 5 years after the last contact, the period required to comply with tax obligations and defense in any disputes. Proposal acceptance requests are stored for contractual evidence purposes according to applicable legal terms.

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect personal data, including encrypted HTTPS connection, access control to the administrative panel, password hashing and anti-bot validations. However, no system is completely immune to incidents; in the event of a relevant personal data breach, we will notify the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and affected data subjects as required by LGPD.

You may at any time request confirmation of processing, access to data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, deletion of data processed under consent, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent.
