We cover the full lifecycle of life-saving appliances: supply, annual inspection, recharge, battery replacement and seal renewal. Our reports are accepted by class societies (DNV, ABS, BV, RINA) and the Brazilian Navy.

We verify integrity, pressure and availability of fixed and portable fire-fighting systems. We perform LGE foam concentrate analysis in an accredited lab and test clean-gas suppression systems (Novec, FM200, CO2).

Calibration with RBC/INMETRO traceability on bench and on-site. We cover gas detectors, gauges, breathalyzers, dynamometers, ODME and OWS, with immediate certificate issuance and tamper-evident sealing.

On-board sampling and analysis at an accredited laboratory for physical-chemical and microbiological parameters required by IMO, MARPOL and Health Surveillance. Reports ready in up to 5 business days.

Dedicated crews for post-discharge hold cleaning across all cargo classes (grains, ore, fertilizers, chemicals). We remove residues, wash, dry and issue a clearance report for the next load, with a waste disposal manifest compliant with MARPOL Annex V.

Underwater hull cleaning in port and at anchorage with a team of certified divers. We remove biofouling, restore hydrodynamic performance and reduce fuel consumption by up to 12%, with underwater video and visual inspection included.

On-demand supply of equipment, spare parts, consumables and onboard items. We work with certified suppliers and original products, with logistics synchronized to your port call window. Urgent orders served within 48h at major terminals.

Design, supply and installation of safety signage on board. We cover photoluminescent escape route marking, floor demarcation, LSA equipment labeling and IMO warning signs, with certified materials under SOLAS Reg. II-2/13.

We design and deliver accessibility upgrades on passenger vessels, ferries and port facilities. Tactile warning and directional flooring, braille signs, tactile maps and route adaptation in compliance with ABNT NBR 9050 and IMO MSC.1/Circ.735.

On-board sampling and accredited lab analysis to verify compliance with EN 12021 and CGA Grade D: CO, CO₂, oil, residual water and odor. We also supply self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), emergency escape breathing devices (EEBD) and cylinders for professional diving.

Cylinders and gas mixtures for onboard use: CO₂ for fixed fire-fighting systems, acetylene for welding, nitrogen for purging and inerting, and INMETRO-traceable standard gases for detector calibration. Full IMDG transport paperwork and up-to-date SDS included.
