Services provided by NAVISEGUR strictly follow current safety standards, including IMO (International Maritime Organization) regulations, SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea), applicable ABNT standards, Brazilian Navy and ANTAQ (National Agency for Waterway Transportation) determinations. All services are performed by qualified professionals with appropriate equipment.

The contractor is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about equipment conditions, safe access to the vessel, prior communication of known risks, and compliance with technical guidelines provided by the NAVISEGUR team. NAVISEGUR is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect information or omission of risks by the contractor.

Maintenance and inspection services performed by NAVISEGUR follow the requirements of Resolution No. 59 of CGSIM (Committee for Management of the National Network for Business Registration and Legalization Simplification) and other applicable standards. Certificates and reports issued have validity according to regulatory standards for each equipment or analysis.
